  1. \u8bf7\u6309\u7cfb\u7edf\u63d0\u793a\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u9010\u9879\u5b8c\u6210\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u5728\u7ebf\u586b\u8868\u7684\u5185\u5bb9\uff0c\u52a1\u5fc5\u786e\u4fdd\u4fe1\u606f\u5c5e\u5b9e\u4e14\u51c6\u786e\u65e0\u8bef\u3002\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u63d0\u4ea4\u540e\uff0c\u8868\u683c\u65e0\u6cd5\u8fdb\u884c\u4fee\u6539\uff0c\u5982\u5185\u5bb9\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u6539\u52a8\u3001\u6f0f\u586b\u3001\u8bef\u586b\uff0c\u987b\u91cd\u65b0\u586b\u5199\u5e76\u63d0\u4ea4\u65b0\u7684\u786e\u8ba4\u9875\u548c\u7b7e\u8bc1\u8868\u683c\u3002 Please follow the system prompts and complete the contents of the online visa application form one by one, making sure that the information is true and accurate.   2. \u9012\u4ea4\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7533\u8bf7\u7684\u5730\u70b9\u5fc5\u987b\u662f\u6309\u7167\u5c45\u4f4f\u5730\u9009\u62e9\u7684\u9886\u9986\u3002The place of submitting the visa application must be chosen according to the residence address.<\/li>\n

  3. \u586b\u5199\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u6027\u522b\u3001\u51fa\u751f\u65e5\u671f\u3001\u62a4\u7167\u53f7\u7801\u7b49\u5fc5\u987b\u4e0e\u6240\u6301\u62a4\u7167\u4e0a\u7684\u76f8\u5e94\u4fe1\u606f\u5b8c\u5168\u4e00\u81f4\u3002\u5982\u82f1\u6587\u540d\u5b57\u4e2d\u6709\u6a2a\u7ebf\uff0c\u8bf7\u52a1\u5fc5\u7528\u7a7a\u683c\u4ee3\u66ff\u3002Filling in the name, gender, date of birth, passport number, etc. must be exactly the same as the corresponding information on the passport held. If there is a horizontal line in the English name, please be sure to replace it with a space.<\/strong>
    Note:<\/strong> \u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6709\u4e2d\u95f4\u540d\uff0c\u8bf7\u786e\u4fdd\u5b83\u5305\u542b\u5728Given Name\u4e2d\u3002\u8bf7\u786e\u4fdd\u7533\u8bf7\u8868\u4e0a\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u4e0e\u60a8\u62a4\u7167\u4e0a\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u5b8c\u5168\u4e00\u81f4\u3002 If you have middle name, it should be included in the Given name. Please make sure the name on application form exactly match your name on the passport.<\/li>\n

  4. \u8bf7\u5c3d\u91cf\u5c06\u7167\u7247\u4e0a\u4f20\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u5982\u7167\u7247\u4e0a\u4f20\u4e0d\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u8bf7\u8ba4\u771f\u6309\u7167\u7b7e\u8bc1\u7167\u7247\u7684\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u62cd\u6444\u7167\u7247\u3002\u4e0d\u6210\u529f\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u591a\u4e3a\u989d\u5934\u6216\u8033\u6735\u90e8\u4f4d\u6709\u906e\u6321\u7269\uff08\u5934\u53d1\uff09\uff0c\u8bf7\u5c06\u989d\u5934\u548c\u8033\u6735\u5168\u90e8\u9732\u51fa\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u6709\u5934\u5e18\u3002Please try your best to upload the photo successfully. If the photo upload is unsuccessful, please carefully follow the visa photo requirements and take a new photo. The reason for the failure is that there are coverings (hair) on the forehead or ears. Please expose the forehead and ears without a head curtain.<\/li>\n

If someone else fills out the application form, the person’s information needs to be completed when filling out the form. After printing, the applicant needs to sign and date on the confirmation page and 9.1A on page 8 of the application form.
